Thank you for considering our venue for your Function.

Coolangatta & Tweed Heads Golf Club is surrounded by towering trees, lush green gardens and waterways, making it an idyllic setting for your special day. Choose from a range of well appointed venues which suit small, intimate gatherings to lavish gala affairs. There are acres of picture perfect settings with river and golf course views.

Room Hire Charges 

 Formal Dinners/ Seminars, Conferences & Cocktail Style Parties
Auditorium

Upto 150 guests

Caddies Lounge
From $650.00
70 – 100 guests

River View Lounge
From $250.00
Upto 60 guests

 Room Hire Includes:
White Tablecloths for all tables
Linen Serviettes with a range of colours to choose from
Skirting for all Buffet areas
Dance floor area
Bar Staff
Set up of room with square or rectangular tables
Room hire for maximum of 6 hours and until 11.00 pm (Club operates on Daylight Savings Time when applicable)
Beverages:
We do not offer Beverage/Drink packages.
A Bar Tab for an agreed value is required (minimum $500.00).
We offer tray service for the bridal party only.
