Wedding Room Hire Includes:White Tablecloths for all tables

Set up of room with round, square or rectangular tables
Room hire for maximum of 6 hours and until Midnight (we run on Daylight Savings Time)
Wedding Ceremony includes the following:Red Carpet
6 White Baliflags
30 chairs for guests
Portable microphone system (if required)
Clothed Registry table
Other Charges:Round Tables - $25 per table (seats up to 10 guests)
Rectangular or Square Tables – No charge (seats 10-12 guests)
White Wishing Well Available for Hire - $50
Beverages:We do not offer Beverage/Drink packages.
A Bar Tab for a certain value nominated by the client is suggested.
The Bar Tab can be restricted to Beer, Wine & Soft drink for all guests
and an open bar just for the Bridal Party and Parents.
The Bar Tab is totally flexible on what is offered and to what value.
We offer tray service for the bridal party only, there will be an addtional
charge if tray service is required for all guests.
Kids Club:There is a Fully Supervised Free Kids Club on Friday and Saturday nights available for guests children from 6pm-10pm DST (maximum 3 hours). The children must be 4 years of age & over and toilet trained. A parent or guardian must sign the register on arrival and sign the child out when collecting them. |
