The nominal closing date for entries is 30th June, however entries will be accepted after this date if capacity is available.
TOURNAMENT CONTROL
The Match Committee shall control all Competitions and reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary.
In the event of a dispute, the Tournament Director’s decision will be final.
HANDICAPS AND DIVISIONS
As per Golf Australia GolfLink handicapping. Maximum handicaps: Men – 36, Ladies – 45.
The competition will be played with 3 Mens Divisions and 2 Ladies Divisions.
Our experience is that each Division is about a group of 40 players.
LOCAL RULES
A link to the Local Rules appears on the back of score cards, and on the CTHGC website. These should be read in conjunction with Local and Daily Rules displayed outside the Pro Shop entry.
Please note that Club dress standards apply.
TEE TIMES and PLAYING REQUESTS
Every effort will be made to satisfy player requests, however because of the shorter daylight hours at this time of year it may be necessary to adjust the field across both the morning and afternoon sessions so that all may enjoy good playing conditions.
REGISTRATION CHECK-IN
Registration check-in will take place on Sunday 3rd August between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm (only).
The final Draw will be displayed in the Members lounge.
If you are unable to attend on the Sunday, then please ensure that you check-in and collect your information package an hour before your Monday tee time.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
Cancellation can be made on-line via the registration link at any time.
Unless you cancel your registration, fees for the competition (and if you have nominated) the Presentation Dinner will be deducted from your credit card on the 7th of July.
Any requests for cancellation refunds after the 7th of July will be at the discretion of the Tournament Director, but if approved, will incur a $10 administration fee.
NAME TAGS
Players will receive their Name Tag at check-in and are encouraged to wear it throughout the tournament.
Players will receive the benefit of member pricing when purchasing food and beverage, provided they show their issued name tag.
TROPHIES and PRIZES
Ball rundowns and NTPs will be presented each day. Unclaimed prizes can be collected on the next playing day or by contacting the Tournament Director.
The CTH Trophy and NSWVGA Shield will be presented at the Presentation Dinner on Thursday 7th of August (6:30 for 7:00pm).
Excluding the 4BBB event (Friday) a player may win either the NSWVGA Shield (Monday) or the CTH 36 Hole event (Tues & Thurs.), but not both, plus one other event.
WET WEATHER
Should inclement weather cause the cancellation of play, the following guidelines will be applied.
The Field that played up until cessation of play will constitute the day’s event unless that day’s game is part of the 36 Hole CTH Trophy event.
Should the 36 Hole Trophy event be impacted on any of the 2 playing days, then the Event will be reduced to an 18 Hole competition.
Should weather prevent motorised cart use, yet the field continues with ‘walkers only’, then the Event will be as played. That is, those that played will constitute the Field.
Those players who are unable to play due to motorised cart restriction will receive a refund of $20.00 for that day’s Event.
